みなさん、こんばんは。ここんトコ、ちょっと働くと、すぐに腰が痛くなるんですが・・・。いったい何でしょう？？腰痛ですかね？？さて、今日は“しばぐり”です。

普通の栗と比べて一回りか二回りほど小さい“しばぐり”は、そのぶん旨味も凝縮されています。500円玉と比べてもこんな感じです。

しかし、“手間”がものすごくかかるんですよ～、むいたりすんのん。

「料理は手間隙かけてするもん」っていいますしねぇ・・・。気長にするとします・・・
